.Usage :
Between the producing process of operating scrutcher  and the following one of running drawing frame ,this machine is applied to processing cotton and chemical fibres ,particularly speaking ,,fluffing ,combing and purging cotton fibred rolls (or oiled chemical fibred layer) form cotton box (purging, including removing broken cotton seeds, impurities and short fluff left over from cotton cleaning process), so that curling cotton ring in pieces is stretched into monofilament which next is pinned into cotton sliver of certain specification, finally stored in cotton can for following process of process of drawing frame.
